think of when you hear the word “Surrender”?
Does it have a negative connotation for you? Maybe phrases like “Raising the white flag,” “Throwing in the towel,” or “Giving up” come to mind. What if I told you that Surrender doesn’t have to be negative? What if I told you that through the Practice of Surrender, you could release yourself from all of your unmet expectations?
Through my own story of Surrender, I want to encourage you to identify the expectations that you are trying to manipulate into existence and let go of the burden and impossible task of forcing them to happen.
